Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days after the original shipment date. We DO NOT accept returns on Closeout items. Closeout items may still be sent back for an exchange or in store credit. No items will be accepted after 30 days of our original shipment to you.

A 10% Restocking fee will be charged on items that received Free Shipping to cover outgoing shipping charges. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return an item or exchange it, please include an invoice or note that has your name, order number, and a brief message explaining what you would like to be done on it. You will be contacted via phone or email if we have any questions.

Returned products must be in NEW salable condition with ALL original tags and packaging.  New salable condition means that the item must be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and absent of any stains, scuffs, tears, or foreign smells.

Products returned that do not meet the new salable condition requirements or are not returned with original tags and packaging will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee.

Size Exchanges are welcome if the returned product meets NEW salable condition requirements.

We DO NOT accept returns on custom built arrows.

If a problem or defect exists with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.  The manufacturer can quickly address any warranty concerns for their products.  We will make every effort to assist you upon request.
